The Diversity Room!
When I first saw this photograph my eyes were drawn to the white sheet because of the contrast between the bright, white sheet and the dark, grey eyes which stands out. This photograph makes me feel depressed because of how dull the scenery is- almost lifeless.
I think that this photograph was taken during the 1990's. This is due to how the woman is dressed and because the painting she's holding looks almost modern. You can't tell whether a male or female took this photo. However, there is a chance of the photographer to be a man. This is because of how he has dressed the background and because of what props and art work he has used.
I find how the woman is covering her face but disguising herself in this image interesting. This shows us that she's trying to show people that she has different sides to her. For example, evil, inoccent and secretive.
I have chosen the title 'The Diversity Room' for this image mainly because I think the photograph is trying to explain her different personalities and the word 'Diversity' relates to difference.
If I could ask the photographer any questions they would be, 'why did you choose for the picture to be in black and white?' and 'why did you choose for the woman to cover her face with a painting?'
